Opening section by section
Kai feels the body’s current tension and uses pressure, stretching, and varied positioning to adjust depth with breath and rhythm. Supine, prone, and seated positions create a continuous full-body sequence.
Pain or maximum range is never the measure of the session. You can ask for a lighter, slower approach, skip a movement, or pause whenever something does not feel right.
Gentle can still have depth
This is not a set of stretching poses applied one after another. Depth comes from angle, body weight, and the way one movement transitions into the next, as well as Kai’s ability to notice the body’s response before each change.
Kai studied advanced mat stretching, high-table stretching, and elbow-and-knee Thai massage directly with Thai master instructor Dew. That training appears in the session as closer attention to tension, angle, body weight, and rhythm.
The whole session becomes a conversation with the body, leaving room for both movement and choice within the range the body is ready to receive.
Clothing and preparation
Wear whatever is comfortable; suitable massage clothing is available at the studio. A wireless bra is often more comfortable during body rotation, though it is not required.
No shower is needed before the session. You may arrive without makeup or with light makeup and bring personal products for afterward.
